Send a quick WhatsApp message (and optional photo) about what your child did.
Orbia World tags it by child, date, and learning area and saves it automatically — ready to drop into MOE-friendly reports later.
Everything you log belongs to your family. You can export your data anytime (for your own backups, MOE requests, or moving elsewhere), and you can request deletion when you’re done. Privacy is our top priority; we won’t sell your learning data.
If you choose to send logs via WhatsApp, those messages are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta — you can always use our in-app/web options instead.

Orbia World is designed to help you meet New Zealand Ministry of Education home education reporting requirements. We follow the current publicly available guidelines for home educators and export your logs in a format that aligns with those expectations.
Orbia World is not an official Ministry of Education product or partner.
Right now (pre-launch), we collect:
Newsletter: your email address (so we can send Orbia World updates and early access invites).
Founding Families: your first name, last name, and email address.
Site basics: limited technical data (e.g., analytics and server logs) to keep the site secure and understand how it’s used.
Once the app launches, learning data will be stored securely using industry-standard protections (including encryption and access controls). You’ll be able to manage sharing and visibility within your Orbia account. If you choose to submit learning logs via WhatsApp, that content is also processed by WhatsApp/Meta.
For details, see our Privacy Policy.
We’ll never sell your data, and we’ll follow New Zealand privacy law.
Yes. Orbia World handles multiple children at different ages and stages. Each child has their own learning profile, but you manage everything from one dashboard.
We’re currently building the first version of Orbia World. We’ll invite founding families to test it in mid-2026. Join the waitlist, and we’ll keep you updated as we go—no spam, just occasional progress notes.
Yes. Orbia World is designed for families learning anywhere. Our first focus is helping New Zealand families with Ministry of Education reporting, then we’ll expand to support worldschooling and other countries as we learn from our founding families.
